WELCOME TO METANOIA, the crossroads of meta+physical fashion where we write our own story.
Metanoia is a safe haven where 4,548 MIRL Personas live and thrive in. We are eclectic misfits who don’t fit into any moulds — dreamers who use fashion to release ourselves from the boundaries of society. MIRL is for those who see the world and themselves differently, and are ready to exist authentically and unapologetically.

THE CONCEPT
MIRL is a futuristic, fashion-forward label that is being born in the metaverse.
Futurism redefined the purpose of fashion, and this is reflected across MIRL’s artworks. A combination of functional, utilitarian and comfort are the fundamental DNA make-up of a MIRL’s apparel.
Technology is shaping today’s vision of the future — in which MIRL is exploring performance fabric blends with interesting textures and colours to construct our silhouettes. Prints and patterns reflect machine components and the vibrancy of the world we live in.
In Metanoia, anything is possible.

MIRL’s COLOUR
Black & White: The most fundamental colours that exist on a day-to-day basis.
Our primary colours: Consists mainly of purple hues. Purple is often associated with royalty, nobility, luxury, power and ambition. Here in MIRL, we strive to be the better version of ourselves. Purple is often a statement of independence as it’s not a basic primary colour, and it’s often a sign of fusing the mundane with the innovative.
Additional hues: We added a splash of green (light green) as it reflects a shade of calm and represents renewal. It is also associated with eco-friendliness which our MIRL fashion brand is all about — ethical and eco-friendly.
*Do note that this colour palette is not necessary for the NFT artworks, but it sets the tone of MIRL’s branding.

In our MIRL Genesis, we have a total of 176 different attributes and variations.

A. Background
Metanoia is a universe where our Personas strive in, and in this world, every Personas are unique on its own base on the environment that lives in. We have approximately 51 different unique backgrounds.
B. Helmet
A helmet is a form of protective gear worn to protect the head. The word helmet is derived from the helm, an Old English word for a protective head covering. Our helmet is an attitude that made us feel different from everybody else.
When we designed our helmet for MIRL’s Personas, we took references from topics such as Cyberpunk and SciFi. MIRL helmets show style, safety, comfort, and functionality. A fashion-forward helmet. The shapes of the helmet design are polished — the contrast between the curves, the lines, and the extruded parts.
Personas wear helmets not only to look aesthetically stylish, but it protects them from the unnecessary negativity that society portrays them to be. After rounds of revision, we have generated 61 unique helmets for our Personas.
C. Neck
Featuring a variety of neck attributes to compliment our Persona’s creation.
D. Jackets
A jacket is a spiritual symbol of protection. A jacket signifies a sense of adventure and freedom of movement. Therefore when our Personas put on the jacket, not only does it show a form of assertiveness, it acts as a protector for our wearer.
One of the many reasons why we wear outerwear is because it keeps us warm. It provides us with a sense of security — bringing us a sense of home and safety.
When we design apparel for our Personas, we are identifying the “It” Factor. Jackets are a bold statement piece which you can put on over a layer of clothing.
Our Personas are seen wearing oversize and sculptured silhouettes. Every stitch on the jacket is a MIRL’s story piece together and our Personas narrate their story through fashion. In the lineup that we have designed, there are elements of utilitarian and techwear that could be seen across each jacket (functional pockets, vests, carabiners, belts, grommets, drawstrings, etc). We have generated 21 unique jackets in the genesis collection. Out of which, 1 of them is a 1/1 legendary piece.
E. Accessories: Drones / Necklaces & Bags
We have also incorporated futuristic accessories elements that will leave you starstruck.
These may not be utility props, but they are what identify the Personas as individuals. These accessories (bags/necklaces /hardware etc) are elements that can elevate your appearance.
We have 29 unique accessories created for our Personas.
4.2 MIRL xBybit
In collaboration with Bybit, we have created 5 different fractions to represent the various departments and individuals within the company.
The Maker
Visionaries with brilliant minds who imagine and build advanced products; sagacious planners who are constantly at the forefront of breakthroughs in innovation. Nothing comes close to perfection, because there is always room for better. Go-getters, bold, and ever-ready to step into uncharted spaces, the Maker is always on the hunt for something new and never falls behind.
Strength/Power: Superspeed — you couldn’t catch them even if you tried!
Weapon/Tool: They can always be seen with their multi-purpose handy toolbox.
The Pathfinder
Sharp-witted front runners who navigate the galaxy with finesse, providing the physical foundations and mapping out every pit stop from start to end — so every other person can go further in their journeys. They can be found tinkering in their workshops or hunched over their desks in concentration — assembling and fortifying the universe of the future in their hands, piece by piece.
Strength/Power: The ability to form shields, protecting those around them from attacks of any scale.
Weapon/Tool: An old-school compass that points them in the right direction.
The Ally
Caring community builders who foster meaningful relationships — going beyond names and faces, the humble, respectful Ally connects with every person they meet. Your ever-present listening ear and the strongest support at your back, are ready to pull you along to higher altitudes if you need a helping hand.
Strength/Power: Superhuman strength to hold others up high even in the toughest of storms.
Weapon/Tool: Their unconditional, compassionate hearts for others.
The Maven
Insightful analysts who drive success backed by data, leaving no stone unturned. Every detail catches their eye as they dive deep into spaces unknown, offering clarity and unique perspectives into even the most infinitesimal of things. They live and breathe numbers, data and trends; in a world saturated with information, the Explorer shares their analytical findings so every person lost at sea gets to take their next steps in confidence.
Strength/Power: Knowledge is power
Weapon/Tool: The only weapon they need is data. They do, however, occasionally need a laptop as they work their way through spreadsheets and tables.
The Forager
Adventurous explorers delve fearlessly into new discoveries, immersing themselves in nature as they find optimal ways to reach out to local communities. The down-to-earth Forager bridges seemingly insurmountable differences within and across communities and is always on a wandering journey for new opportunities. They traverse over lands far and wide, existing harmoniously with the creatures, flora, and fauna that inhabit it.
Strength/Power: Accelerate the healthy growth of plants and foliage in their midst.
Weapon/Tool: They are most commonly seen out in the fields with a garden rake.
