🎇 MIRL Milestones and Future Plans

Since our incorporation in March, our team worked hard to ensure that all products/events/campaigns/partnerships were delivered according to plan, prior to the TGE. With our recent token launch, let us look back at our previous milestones and what you can look forward to in the near future!

Our Highlights in the past few months include:

● Sold 4548 NFTs across public and Bybit NFT Marketplace

● Showcased utility of NFTs with various entitlements such as APY boost for holders on Bybit.

● Launched MIRL Labs 1.0, with on-chain wallet verification eCommerce

● Voting page for Creative DAO proposal beta version is live, prior to TGE

● Secured Web2/3 brand partnerships such as Karafuru for physical apparel production.

● Showcasing at Singapore Design Week in Raffles City Mall, one of Singapore’s biggest mall

● Onboarded 3 clients for MIRL Couture prior to the official launch in December.

● Since MIRL’s incorporation in March 2022, we’ve obtained ~US$350K in revenue from MIRL Labs, NFT and events.

Surviving the bear

Revenue is an important aspect to survive and maintain the company. We’ve seen a lot of DAO projects over the past few years in the crypto market but the majority of them do not have a proper business model and are not generating income at all. All royalty proceeds from the NFT Genesis Collection — plus 50% of the profits generated by the MIRL Labs e-store — will be put into $MIRL DAO. This will enable the launch of subsequent new collections by other fashion designers, as well as provide scholarship grants for aspiring new designers.

We are an operating business with an actual use case in the real world besides the metaverse which allows us to sustain regardless of the crypto market condition. MIRL is a project that everyone can understand, not just crypto-native individuals. MIRL current runway is 25 months (not factoring in projected revenue, which will extend runway), which gives us ample time and resources to develop/build towards the next cycle of retail adoption.

Upcoming roadmap and plans

MIRL plans to usher in a new age of fashion by marrying it with web3. With the goals of sustainable fashion and designer empowerment, MIRL aims to be Web 3.0’s first fashion brand with a full suite of products for B2B and B2C, while in the process pioneering the FashionFi movement.

Cryptocurrency and other web3 products can be boring to many who aren’t interested in financial products or tech. However, with fashion playing a part in almost everyone’s life, we believe that MIRL as a FashionFi company will accelerate the adoption of cryptocurrencies to a wider userbase that we have yet to see.

We segregated our roadmap into different stages over the next few years — Growth, Scale and Expansion. In 2023, we will be focusing on building the foundation for MIRL Labs, DAO as well as launching the W2E beta version. Our novel Wear2Earn will be the key focus in 2023 and it will allow us to penetrate a huge untapped market.

Thereafter, our key focus will be tapping into specific markets that are huge on fashion and technology to gather more users onboard our ecosystem. In line with our goal of building a perfect FashionFi platform that integrates both physical and digital elements, MIRL’s very own metaverse specifically for fashion brands, designers and enthusiasts will go live.
